ELITE INFRASTRUCTURE

We are seeking a versatile Hardware & Embedded Systems Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation physical products. From DIY tinkering projects, Smart Student Labs & Toys to Pro-audio mixers and video processing units to high-density BMS and wireless IoT devices, you will own the hardware lifecycle: from the first schematic to the final firmware flash.

Both Professional and Entry level Positions.

Technical Mastery (Hardware & PCB)

  • Mixed-Signal Circuit Design: Expert knowledge in designing low-noise analog circuits (for Audio Mixers/Equipment) and high-speed digital circuits (for Video Processing).
  • PCB Design & Layout: Mastery of Altium Designer, KiCad, or Allegro. Experience with multi-layer boards, impedance matching for high-speed signals, and EMI/EMC shielding.
  • Power Electronics & BMS: Designing Battery Management Systems (BMS) for Li-ion/LiFePO4 arrays; implementation of protection circuits, cell balancing, and SOC/SOH algorithms.
  • Wireless & RF: Integration of wireless modules (WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.x, LoRa, or Zigbee) and antenna tuning for reliable data transmission.
  • Video & Imaging: Familiarity with HDMI, DisplayPort, and MIPI CSI/DSI interfaces for video equipment development.

Programming & Embedded Systems (Firmware)

  • Core Programming: Expert level in C and C++ for embedded systems. Knowledge of Assembly for critical optimizations.
  • Chip Architecture: Hands-on experience programming ARM Cortex-M (STM32, NRF52), ESP32, and AVR microcontrollers. Experience with FPGAs (Verilog/VHDL) for real-time video/audio processing is a major plus.
  • Communication Protocols: Deep understanding of I2C, SPI, UART, CAN bus (for BMS), and USB (UAC/UVC classes for audio/video).
  • RTOS & Bare-Metal: Development experience on FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or high-performance bare-metal environments.
  • DSP (Digital Signal Processing): Implementation of filters, EQ, and signal routing logic for audio equipment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prototyping: Rapidly develop proof-of-concept hardware using development boards and breadboards.
  • Firmware Development: Write efficient, thread-safe code to manage sensors, power, and wireless stacks.
  • Testing & Validation: Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers to debug hardware/firmware interactions.
  • DFM (Design for Manufacturing): Prepare BOMs and production files; coordinate with assembly houses for small to medium-batch production.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience with Linux Embedded (Yocto/Buildroot) for high-end video systems.
  • Knowledge of Acoustics and audio component selection (DACs/ADCs, Op-Amps).
  • Experience with CAD (Fusion 360/SolidWorks) for basic enclosure fitment.

Why Join Us?

  • Hardware Freedom: Work on a diverse range of products from audio tech to industrial power systems.
  • Early-Stage Impact: Influence the hardware architecture of a growing startup from day one.
  • Lab Access: Fully equipped workspace with the latest diagnostic and prototyping tools.
